What to do after 5×5 or if you stopped progressing on your beginner program?
We have created the perfect follow-up 7-Block program (almost seven months of programming done for you) that you can tweak and select your preferred accessory lifts.
This is a 5/3/1 based powerbuilding 7-cycle program (7 months!), 4-day split with 2 “off” days. You can modify/add/remove assistance exercises and play with increasing the weight between weeks/cycles, with fantastic results after 5×5 or even after a typical once a week main lift 5/3/1 version.
