Who is “My Healthy Bones Daily Action” for?
If you are newly diagnosed with osteoporosis or osteopenia, and you find the information overwhelming, but you know you need to work on simple daily habits that support your bones/muscles and incorporate good nutrition habits daily, this app is for you.
If you are confused about what works or helps to support your bone health and would love to have a daily action to support your bones delivered to you by our app every day, this is for you.
If you are good at checking and completing one daily action to keep a streak and give your bones what they need to be healthy and strong, and build the habit of working towards improving every day, this app can help you!
If you need accountability and consistency, this is the app for you.
What this app is not for:
If you already have a structured workout or nutrition plan that supports your bone health, then this is not for you.
If you are good at consistency and do not need to work on building good habits, you do not need this app.
We will be working on an app exclusively for a structured workout program focusing on bone support, but building good habits comes first anyway, and this one is much simpler. Nobody should jump on a strength program before learning form and basic habits first. It’s like math; you don’t jump to calculus if you haven’t done basic arithmetic first 😉

Installation instructions: My Healthy Bones Daily Action is a Progressive Web App or PWA and is designed to be installed on your phone, tablet or computer.

Mobile Devices:

We will share our YouTube channel with more exercises you can try as you get stronger. 

We will also share informative write-ups to help you decide what's best for you. 



Some actions include high-protein, calcium- and bone-supporting, vitamin-rich, delicious, and simple recipes, ideas, or tips for consuming more bone-nurturing nutrients. 

Reminders to consume those nutrients and how to consistently keep doing it while including the foods you love.

With over 20 years of experience making women stronger. 

Mariana has certifications from Precision Nutrition and several International Sports Sciences Association credentials, and Powerlifting Programming Coach.

Experience and science-based nutrition and training knowledge for her many clients, both online and on the gym floor, for over 15 years. She has also learned from working under Registered Dietitians’ mentorship and by studying nutrition science at Buenos Aires University.

She loves reading research and has learned study methodology and how to read and assess research papers, as well as consistently learning to improve her skills.

She is known for asking multiple questions to ensure she has a thorough understanding, looking at the big picture, and thoroughly addressing the needs of her clients, getting them on track quickly and with ease.

Tanye has earned the respect of the powerlifting world by being an impressive world champion powerlifter holding multiple records over the years, who has improved her body composition while increasing her strength.

She is a master at tackling setbacks and coming back even stronger, and she continues to do so by consistently working on her own journey. Always working around challenges but never stops. 

She possesses the knowledge, tenacity, and personal experience to draw from, which lead her to not only become an online coach helping others in their quest to becoming stronger and healthier, but she is also working on becoming a USPA-certified PL coach. 


After finding how amazing being strong can be, not to mention her amazing personal journey and transformation, she is an inspiration to us all.
