Wonder Woman Lemonade

“Wonder Woman Lemonade (WWL)”; shh… ladies… this is the secret that’s been kept from you! 🤫😱

All that training and nutrition advice is 🐮💩; all you need is the WWL. 

You make it first thing in the morning after a good night’s sleep (7/8 hours) and drink it along your regular day, you don’t have to change anything about it, just drink the lemonade.

First sip, right before your workout (potency enhanced when some form of strength training is included).

Second sip, along with a good serving of fresh vegetables, protein, and fruit.

Third sip, before or after a 20-minute walk or run, bonus points for walking outdoors while absorbing some sunshine.

Fourth sip, along with a good serving of fresh vegetables, protein, and fruit.

Fifth sip, before or after a nice warm and relaxing shower.

Sixth sip, while you commit to following the WWL plan at least 5 days a week.

Seventh sip, right before getting ready for a well-rested night (Lemonade effects are usually enhanced while reading a book before bedtime)  

Strength Sisters have nothing to do with the Wonder Woman Lemonade plan, we only have the recipe, so inbox any of us if you want it, or… you can omit the lemonade 😜
