Introducing Strong Bones Coaching Community—a real-world, no-nonsense program built for people just like you.

Whether you're new to exercise or ready to level up safely, this group is where education meets encouragement. We’re not here to overwhelm you—we’re here to walk with you, every step of the way.

 Here’s what you’ll get when you join:

  1. Two to three main gentle but effective exercises to get you started, and designed to protect and rebuild bone strength with sets and reps, and which equipment to use. You can ask how to modify if you don't have the equipment required, so you can still do what you can with what you have. And a couple of accessories to complement the main exercises. We provide videos when needed.
  2. Weekly coaching calls focused on movement, nutrition, recovery, and mindset, where you can ask questions or chat with others online
  3. General nutrition recommendations: Basic guidelines to pay attention to and how to achieve them through foods, and recipes to help you reach your protein goals. 
  4. Help with form checks: You can share videos so we can help you improve posture and form on the exercises you are doing before you load them.
  5. Direct support from us—your coaches—and a community that gets it (we are all in this together)
  6. Real answers to your questions. Real plans that fit your life anytime inside our private community group 


This isn’t a “watch a few videos and go figure it out” kind of thing.
